If you have already connected the card reader to the computer, disconnect the card reader before proceeding with the steps below. The Memory Stick reader, Video Casette recorder, Camcorder and Camera should only be connected to the computer after the driver installation has been completed. With USB, a common culprit is an unpowered USB hub (or even a powered one, for that matter). The issue might be with your card reader, the cable connecting your card reader to the computer, or even the computerвЂ™s USB or other connection port. IMPORTANT: Do not connect the Memory Stick reader, Camcorder and Camera to the computer when installing this driver. If your digital camera can read the card normally, there are several things that could be going wrong.
